I’ve always lived a pretty active lifestyle, between my club soccer, skiing, and other various sports or activities through out my life. I never struggled to find the energy to keep going, but recovering from these activities was difficult. As I aged, my down time got worst, so my mom recommended yoga. I’m not exaggerating when I say yoga changed my life. Not only did I discover that yoga was a way to magically make pain a lot less severe or muscles heal faster, I also started to feel a lot less stress from my demanding job! All because of yoga!

A couple of months later that same friend had some skin imperfections and a soar throat she wanted to clear. I have pretty severe seasonal allergies so she called for a girl’s night and took me to a salt cave. It was so relaxing! It was just as peaceful as a beach, minus the sunburns, bugs, and screaming children. We both walked out of there feeling like brand new woman. My friend was breathing better and her cough completely disappeared. We both woke up the next morning and she was delighted to see her pimple completely disappeared. An entire week went by before I had to resume any of my daily medications for allergy prevention.

Yoga and Halotherapy are both holistic treatments that dramatically improved my life. I decided to open Pure Salts Yoga so I can help others the way I helped myself. I made slight tweaks to our yoga that I felt were missing in the surrounding area. I guarantee small yoga class sizes to ensure that everyone gets immediate individual attention from the yoga instructor, so they can correctly flow into each pose. This prevents injury, ensures that they will get the positive benefits from each pose, and actually learn the art of yoga! I also wanted to bring a greater selection of beginner friendly yoga classes, since many beginners in the yoga classes I took felt intimidated and discouraged. Yoga should challenge you, not feel impossible! For even more added benefits to our yoga I made the yoga studio a giant salt cave with a hard floor surface. When you practice yoga with Pure Salts Yoga you receive more positive benefits to your health than you will anywhere else!

New to Yoga?

No problem! All of our yoga classes labeled Beginner Yoga or Restorative Yoga are all suitable for all athletic and experience levels. Pre- Covid our class sizes were capped at 12 people per class, right now they are capped at 4 people! These classes are designed to only include yoga poses that everyone can flow, yet can be tweaked to be more challenging if desired. The yoga instructor will first demonstrate the easiest version of the yoga pose then she will offer a couple of slight modifications to be more difficult. You will always be slightly challenged, and never overwhelmed! Yoga is relaxing! Remember?
