Beginner Yin 12pm-1pm

Beginner Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.  Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The core benefits are:
